Oasi la Cascata is easily attainable: it is a few km from the center of Terni.

By car, from the A1 (Milan-Naples) motorway, exit at the Orte tollbooth, then take the Orte-Terni motorway link road and exit at Terni Est, following the signs for Valnerina.

After a long tunnel, exit into the Valnerina road: at the roundabout follow the signs for Valnerina, Cascata belvedere inferiore.

Oasi la Cascata is located about 2 km, on the right, before the waterfall.

If you have inadvertently passed the structure and reached the waterfall, go back about 700/800 meters.

By train, stop at Terni station and from there you can take bus line 621 or line 7 (timetables on the umbria mobility website http://www.fsbusitalia.it/cms-file/allegati/fsbusitalia/umbria/03_Extraurbano_Terni_Ann_ExATC. PDF), stop before the beautiful view below.
